About the Portal

No matter which stage your career is in, the challenges and intricacies of an orthodontic practice transition can be daunting. This portal includes a mix of content to address your questions, concerns and uncertainties from all angles. Join expert orthodontic consultants Charles Loretto (Cain Watters & Associates), Jill Allen (Jill Allen & Associates), Brandon Collier (Collier & Associates), Shannon Patterson (Bentson Copple & Associates), and Brian Colao (Dykema) as they share their experiences and unique approaches for practice transitions.

About the Speaker

Charles Loretto received his Bachelors in Business Administration from University of Texas at Arlington. He is the Director of Business Development and Marketing and an Investment Advisor Representative for Cain Watters & Associates. He regularly speaks to dental schools and residency programs, study clubs, dental symposiums and state and national dental meetings. In 2005, Charles founded National Dental Placements, a CWA affiliate company that assists doctors in buying, transitioning and valuation of a practice.

About the Speaker

Brandon Collier is an attorney and President of Collier & Associates, Inc, a national law and consulting firm for the dental profession. He publishes the popular Collier & Associates Newsletter, which for 48 years has been providing doctors with unbiased and cutting edge advice on tax saving strategies, saving and investing, practice transitions, practice management and how to live a good life. Tens of thousands of doctors have come to rely on the Newsletter for practical, money-saving and easy-to-implement ideas. Brandon also conducts the popular Collier & Associates continuing education seminars at top destinations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Shannon Patterson, CPR, CMSR is the Director of Practice Opportunities, LLC and a Placement Consultant at Bentson Copple & Associates. She is a recruitment leader in the orthodontic industry specializing in placement and retention of doctors by engaging in a proactive recruitment strategy. She helps place candidates where they will be a successful fit not only for the practice but also the community. She specializes in comprehensive talent management, candidate sourcing, candidate lead generation and strategic placement planning.
